Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Rendit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. The Service

Rendit is a web application that uses AI to segment and re-render photographs of interior spaces, allowing users to visualise design changes. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
  • One person or organisation may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or share
  • Upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party AI provider policies
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Circumvent credit limits, billing controls, or rate limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Credits and billing

  • Free credits are granted on registration and, where applicable, refreshed monthly. They expire at the end of each billing period and cannot be carried over or redeemed for cash.
  • Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable once consumed. Unconsumed purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing. We will give at least 30 days notice of price increases to active subscribers.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

7. AI-generated output

AI-generated images are produced using third-party models. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI output. You are responsible for reviewing output before use in any professional or commercial context.

8. Intellectual property

The Rendit name, logo, software, and documentation are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in them beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rendit operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
